Terms of Service
Effective date: June 26, 2026 · Last updated: June 26, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms govern your use of the Praaxi training platform (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
The Service is an educational training simulator for practicing therapeutic conversation skills by role-playing with an AI-simulated client and receiving AI-generated feedback. It is not therapy, not medical or mental-health advice, and not a substitute for professional care or supervision. Simulated clients are fictional and AI-generated.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for authorized students and trainees. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. No real client or patient information
Do not enter real client/patient names, identifiers, or any protected health information (PHI) into the Service. It is a practice environment and is not configured as a system of record for clinical data.
5. AI-generated content
Responses, feedback, and voice are produced by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Use professional judgment; do not rely on the Service for clinical decisions.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security or access other users’ data, no scraping, and no submission of content that is illegal or harmful. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its content and software, is owned by Praaxi or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a license to process it to operate the Service.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praaxi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
