Overview
This policy explains what Praaxi (“we”) collects when you use the training platform (the “Service”) and how we handle it. The Service is an educational simulator; see our Terms of Service.
What we collect
- Account info — when you sign in: your email and basic profile.
- Session content — your typed/spoken practice messages, the AI client’s responses, transcripts, emotional-state signals, and AI-generated skill feedback.
- Voice audio — during a voice session your microphone audio is streamed in real time to produce the spoken response and a transcript. We store the resulting transcripts, not raw audio.
- Usage/diagnostics — basic logs and error reports needed to operate and debug the Service.
How we use it
To provide the simulation and feedback, save your session history and progress, and maintain, secure, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers (subprocessors)
We share data with the providers that run the Service.
No real client / patient data
The Service is for practice. Do not enter real client/patient identifiers or protected health information. We do not intend the Service to store PHI.
Data retention
We retain session data for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the Service, then delete or anonymize it [retention period]. You may request deletion (see Contact).
Security
Access to stored data is restricted to our server using least-privilege credentials; row-level security is enabled on our database, and data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure.
Your choices & rights
You may request access to or deletion of your data, subject to applicable law, by contacting us.
Children
The Service is intended for users [18+ / per your program] and is not directed to children under [13/16].
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
